  • What is your return policy?
    At Chakra Sun Candles, we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return products purchased from us that are in new, gently used or defective condition (due to materials or craftsmanship) for a refund subject to the terms of the Return Policy.
  • How can I exchange a purchased candle for a different candle?
    While exchanges aren't available once a candle has been received, if you need a different candle we suggest placing a new order. We are confident that you won't be disappointed!
  • When will my order ship?
    Items generally ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. At times it may take us longer to ship your items however, you'll still get your items by the estimated delivery date provided when you placed your order. We’ll provide status updates through email – continue to watch your inbox!
  • What if my Item arrives Damaged?
    We're sorry to hear your item arrived damaged, please contact us with your order number ready, so we can make it right!
  • What if I am missing an item from my order?
    At times we send packages in multiple shipments. You'll receive an email from us with each shipment and the items included. 1. Check the status of your order 2. Verify the items that should be included with each tracking number 3. If you don't see a tracking number next to an item, it's still being fulfilled unless the quantity shows as 0 or you received a cancelation email from us If you're still missing an item or you received a wrong item, please contact us.
